Kwick-way Boring Bar System

Kessler’s is the only power equipment company in the area to provide you with the Kwick-way boring bar system. This method is perfect for resizing cylinders and rebuilding engines to manufacturer specifications. No matter where else you look in the area, we are the only dealership to provide you with this specialized service.

We have a plasma cutter, 3 different types of welders for fabricating, a bead-blast cabinet, a 30-ton press, 2 ultrasonic cleaners, and other specialty tools for comprehensive repairs and customizations.

Restoration on a Mid-60’s Panzer Mower Deck

Old Panzer mower deck in need of a lot of work.

Same deck disassembled. bad areas removed using plasma cutting torch and then seam welded.

Same deck painted, undercoated, all new bearings, belts, pulleys, and hardware.

Removing exterior train components

See how the original builder installed a plate of thin aluminum to support the weight of the train

Installed 3 inch C channel and welded a machine washer & a cone bearing cup onto channel.

Now a heavy duty tapered bearing supports the train & allows the wheel set to turn.
